ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Leader, former Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry Saturday said his leadership would award party tickets to loyal candidates to contest in the upcoming general elections.
We were not facing any troubles to provide party tickets like Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) as workers and supporters were steadfast with leadership and party since many years, he said talking to a private news channel.
He said that PML-N leaders had defended former Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif regarding Panama Papers case but now he would give priority to them regarding awarding the tickets.
Talal Chaudhry said Nawaz Sharif had always trusted and valued to faithful party leaders and would award tickets to them in Punjab.
PTI leader, Ali Muhammad Khan said all political parties wanted to give party tickets to those who would win the elections.
PML-N should not be worried about PTI but it should concentrate on its matters, he added.
He said PTI would win the general elections with thumping majority due to its effective manifesto.
